This article reviews some of the common reasons that learners are unable to schedule their Mursion simulation.
For information on how to schedule a simulation, please review our scheduling article found here. Below we'll review some common errors you may see when attempting to schedule a session, what they mean, and where applicable, how they can be resolved.
You don't see the scenario you are looking for on your Learner Dashboard.
If you are attempting to schedule a session and you don't see the scenario on your dashboard, this generally means that you have not been granted access to that scenario. Please reach out to the Mursion administrator at your organization to verify that you have been assigned access and that the scenario is available for you to have access. If you are an account owner, please check out this article for details on why a learner may not see a scenario.
You see an error that says "You have missed and/or canceled this scenario too many times. Reach out to your Account Administrator to schedule again."
This means that you have previously missed or canceled scenarios too many times and your account administrator has locked you out from scheduling. You should have received an email when this occurred. You will receive another email from the Mursion portal when you are able to schedule again, or you can reach out to your account administrator if you think this is in error and would like to be granted access to schedule again.
You see an error that says "You have already scheduled for this scenario."
This means thats your organization only allows you to a certain number of sessions actively scheduled for a future date. You will need to either cancel an existing scheduled session or wait to schedule another session until you have completed one of your existing sessions.
You see an error that says "You have already completed this scenario. X times."
This means thats your organization only allows you to complete the scenario a certain number of times=. You will be unable to book this scenario again. Depending on settings set by your organization, you may be able to book other scenarios; review the list of available scenarios on your dashboard. If you have questions about this completion limit, please reach out to your account administrator for assistance.
You are able to click Schedule but do not see any available times.
Please make sure you are looking at least 72 hours in advance for times to schedule a session. If you are looking in advance and see no available windows for your scenario, feel free to reach out to support and include the scenario you are attempting to schedule as well as the time frame you are looking for and Mursion support can assist you further.
