How can I check my Webcam and Microphone?
One of the steps for launching the Mursion Software is to select and test both your webcam and microphone. You may perform this test at any time once you've installed the Mursion software.
To get started, launch the installed software either by using the Attend Session button for your scheduled session (as described in How do I join a session?) or by launching the Mursion software from your desktop.
After logging into the Mursion Software, you will be prompted to set up your microphone and webcam.
- Choose a microphone from the list.
- Choose webcam from the list.
- Check all checkboxes along the top.
- Press the Next button to continue.
Please Note that we strongly recommend using a wired headset. Bluetooth headsets and Airpods are not supported.
