Join A Session:
When you schedule your session, you will receive an email like the one below that confirms the session time/date and content. This email will contain a link that will allow you to Attend the session.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you log in for your session at least 10 minutes prior to be sure you have plenty of time to download any updates and to prepare for your session.
You can also join the session by logging into the Portal. The Dashboard will have a tab called "Upcoming Sessions" in which you can view your scheduled simulations.
When you are ready to join the session, click "Join Session."
You may be taken to a pre-simulation survey in your browser window.
Upon completion, you will be able to join the session by clicking "Start Simulation."
You will then be taken to the Mursion Magic Web browser and be prompted to select the microphone, speaker, and camera you would like to use for your session.
Once the devices are enabled, you will be guided to the Recording Permissions page. Select "I Consent" to record the session or "I Do Not Consent" to not record the session.
Now are you ready to join the simulation. Your Simulation Specialist will arrive at the designated appointment time. As you await their arrival, you may click the 'cogwheel' icon to ensure your audio and video devices are working properly.
