Professional Services - Video Recording Permissions

The video recording permissions determine if a recording is made of the simulations within a project and what happens to a simulation recording video after it's been captured. 

• Allow Recording - Deselecting this will prevent recordings (selected by default)

• Do not allow sharing or downloading - Additional security, prevents users from saving a copy or sharing a copy of a simulation. (selected by default)

• Recorded videos go back to - if recordings are allowed, they will be delivered to whomever you select in this section. (Default: learner only selected)

• Recording permission lies with the learner - If the learner receives the videos, they have the final say on recording permissions. (selected by default)
