Viewing, Sharing, and Downloading a Simulation Recording

If your simulation was recorded, follow the below instructions to review your recording, download it, and share it if allowed.

Accessing Simulation Recordings

If your simulation was recorded, you can access the recording approximately 48 hours later in the Mursion Portal. 

1. Log into your account in the Mursion Portal.
2. Navigate to the dashboard and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see your completed sessions here.
3. Find the session that you want to view the recording of, and click "view report".
4. Depending on the type of scenario your organization is using, you may see the Standard Report or the Enhanced Report when clicking this button.
   1. Enhanced Report
      1. If your organization has the Enhanced Scenario Report available, you will see the below screen after clicking View Report. Your recording will be accessible on the Session Replay tab under Replay the Conversation.
      2. If sharing is enabled, a Sharing button will be available next to the recording header.
      3. If you click the share button, you will be given a prompt to share your recording.
      4. You, or your recipient, will be emailed a link to the video from <no-reply@mursion.com>.
   2. Standard Report
      1. If your organization has the Standard Scenario Report available, you will see the below screen after clicking View Report. You will see tabs for "Report", "Recording", and "Session Details". Depending on your organization structure, you may not see all of these tabs, however your recording will always appear under Recording. 

You can also share your recording from this page by clicking on the "Share Video Link" button.
