How do I cancel a session?

Depending on which version of Mursion your organization is using, you may have different experiences for accessing and scheduling your scenarios. If you are on the Pathway experience (white header), then this section is for you. If you are on the legacy dashboard experience (blue banner), then click here. 

Please note if you cancel or reschedule your session too close to your session time, your organization may still be charged for your session. 

Cancelling your session from the Pathway page

1. Log into Mursion.
2. You can see any scheduled sessions visible from your pathway page under the Scenario name.

    

3. Click Prepare
4. If your organization supports rescheduling your session, you will have a button to Reschedule. Clicking this will open a calendar with an option to reschedule your session for a different time slot. If you wish to cancel instead, you can click the red Cancel Session button. 
   
5. If your organization does not support rescheduling, you'll see a Cancel button available from the scenario page. 
6. Click Cancel to cancel your upcoming session. 

Cancelling your session from the legacy learner dashboard

1. Log into the Mursion Portal

2. Click Dashboard in the top navigation bar

3. In the Upcoming Sessions section, locate the session you want to cancel and click Cancel. 

4. In the drop-down, select your reason and click Cancel Session.

You will receive an email confirmation confirming your cancelation! We hope you are able to reschedule
