Quickly invite users to schedule from the Project or Scenario page

Invite Users from the Project Page

  1. In the navigation menu, click Projects

  2. Select a project that you'd like to remind users about
  3. Click Invite to Schedule
  4. This will send an invitation to any users who have not yet scheduled a session for this project

Invite Users from the Scenario Page

  1. In the navigation menu, click Projects

  2. Select a project
  3. Select the scenario within that project that you'd like to remind users about
  4. Click Invite to Schedule to send an invitation to any users who have not yet scheduled a session for this project. You can also click Copy Scenario Link to send the link via a personalized email, Slack message, text, etc.
