Supported Browsers & Device Requirements

We recommend setting one of these supported browsers as your system default so links from Mursion emails open correctly.

Participants need a minimum internet connection of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload to run a simulation smoothly. If a participant experiences lag, freezing, or dropped audio during a session, have them run a speed test first to rule out a connection issue.

A webcam with a minimum resolution of 640x480 is required. Virtualized or emulated webcams — such as using a phone's camera as a laptop's webcam through a third-party app — are not supported.

A standard webcam microphone works for most participants, but we recommend a headset in noisy environments so the microphone only picks up the participant's voice. A webcam's built-in microphone is fine to use as long as it's selected as both the camera and microphone device in Mursion Magic's settings.

• If issues continue after switching, clear your browser's cache and cookies and try joining again.
