• AI-powered simulations are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. 
• Human-powered simulations are generally available between 8:00am ET and 12:00am ET Monday through Friday, however, some customers may have access to expanded hours allowing simulations to take place 24 hours a day Monday thru Friday.
