Tech Implementation - Speakers & Microphones

Review these guidelines prior to ensure a good experience for your learners

A speaker and microphone are required for learners to participate in a simulation. Please consider the following when establishing your audio setup: 

• Bluetooth headsets and Airpods are not actively supported and can cause frustrating technical issues during the simulation. 
• Mursion highly recommends the use of a USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone to ensure that the learner's microphone will only pick up your learner's voice.
• Make sure your learners can hear the avatars clearly. Laptop or TV speakers can be used but may be problematic in noisy or shared environments.
