Tech Implementation - Browser Requirements
Before starting a Mursion Project, it is recommended that learners make sure their preferred browser is set as their default browser.
Our supported browsers are:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge (v79 or later)
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
During the log-in process, ML3 will open a browser window to authenticate the session. This can be a confusing moment for learners if the default browser on their device is different from the one they typically use.
For example, in many PCs, Microsoft Explorer is the default browser, but few people use Microsoft Explorer. It's likely the learner has logged into Portal.Mursion.com using their preferred browser and not the default browser.
