The sessions tab provides an overview of all your simulations, past, present, and future.
Session Types
Sessions can be filtered by these statuses. Clicking on these filters will change the data shown in the Sessions report below:
- Scheduled - Sessions that a learner has booked, but that have not yet taken place
- Active - Sessions that are currently in-session, starting soon, or recently finished
- Past - Sessions that were scheduled to take place in the past, shows missed and complete sessions, but not canceled
- Cancelled - Sessions that were canceled by the learner or a Mursion admin
Scheduled View
Column | Definition |
Time | Time the session took place, or is scheduled to take place |
Client | Name of the organization |
Project | Name of the project the scenario falls under. |
Contract ID | Shows which contract the session is associated with |
Software Version | Shows which software was used to access the simulation.

Scenario | The name of the scenario experienced in the simulation |
Learners | Name of the learner(s) in the simulation |
Team | Name of the team assigned to the session |
Time Until |
If the session is in the future, it will give the time until the learner is able to access the session. You may also see:

Scheduled View - Session Statuses
The final column is a color-coded letter that shows the session status at-a-glance.
Letter | Status | Definition |
A | Active | Simulation currently taking place |
B | Booked | An upcoming session with a registered learner and a reserved Simulation Specialist |
R | Requested | Upcoming session with a registered learner that does not yet have a reserved Simulation Specialist |
Active View
The Active view reports the same data as the Scheduled view but also lists the Simulation Specialist.
Column | Definition |
Sim Specialist | The name of the Simulation Specialist who will be performing the simulation for the learner(s) |

Letter | Status | Definition |
A | Active | This report only shows active simulations |
Past View

The Past view reports the same data as the Active view but does not have the Time Until column because the session is in the past.

The final column is a color-coded letter that shows the session status at-a-glance.
Letter | Status | Definition |
C | Complete | Upcoming session with a registered learner that does not yet have a reserved Simulation Specialist |
E | Error | Something, usually a technical issue on the learner or Sim side, has prevented the simulation from occurring. The learner should rebook. |
M | Missed | The learner did not attend the simulation. |
NR | Needs Review | Rare. Signals that the simulation is under review, or should be reviewed with the Learner to determine it's success. |
Cancelled View

The Cancelled view reports the same data as the Past view but includes data about the cancellation.
Column | Definition |
Created | Notes the name of who created the simulation and the time it was created |
Cancelled | Notes the name of who cancelled the simulation and the time it was cancelled |

C | Cancelled | This report only shows cancelled simulations |
Additional Filters and Exporting
You can modify any of the above views to suit your needs using the filters. Note that
Number | Filter | Function |
1 | Dates | Select the date range for the data you want to view |
2 | Time Zone | Select the time zone you want to see the data in, this is helpful if you have learners taking sessions across time zones |
3 | Project | Select the project you want to view data for |
4 | Scenario | *Dependant on Project filter. Select the Scenario you want to view data for |
5 | Team | *Dependant on Scenario filter. Select the Team you want to view data for |
6 | Session Status | Select which session statuses you'd like to fiew the data for |
- Once you've filtered your report, you can click the Export
- Review the content that will be contained within your export
- Click Confirm to continue
- Make your selections (view or download the report) and click OK
Quick View
Sometimes it's easier to look at an individual session in a new window. If you click on any individual session, it will open the session card for that particular session.
Click close to review to the list view.
