How Can I Request a Session Time that is Currently Unavailable?

Note: Submitting a schedule request is not a guarantee that the session will occur.  If your session request is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail notification. This feature is only available per the terms of each individual client agreement.

To request a session outside of availability, follow the steps to schedule a session as normal:
- Select the Calendar view
- Click the green '+' symbol on your desired date
- Select your desired Project, Scenario, and Date
- If there are no available time slots, you can toggle the Select any time block button (circled below) which will display times that are outside of availability.
- Select a time, click Next, and continue through the Session creation to submit your request.
