Client is having trouble scheduling session

Problem:

An Ed Services client indicates they do not see any availability OR availability on the date they want.

Troubleshooting: N/A

Solution:

  • From the Schedule Session tab of the scheduling system, click the 'Request Session' button to the left of the calendar.
  • Fill out form with all desired session information and click "Show Availability".
  • Select the "New Session" button at the top left corner of the calendar.

  • Enter desired date and time of session(s) and submit.

  • Session request will be submitted to Mursion Admin for approval.

[Internal Note]: Laura Young is managing session requests. This will be the process until transition of Ed Services clients to Portal. Please do not mention portal transition to Ed Services clients as this has not been messaged to them yet.
