Rebooking a Session
The process for rebooking a session depends on the current session status: booked or requested. To see your session status, click on Calendar view in the Mursion Portal and select the session you wish to re-book. In the session, click "More info..." (screenshot below).
- If your session status is "booked", your session is 'good to go' but you may rebook by clicking the session and selecting a new date and time, and clicking "Update Session".
- If your session status is "requested" and is more than 7 days away, you can rebook by selecting the session, selecting a new date/time, and clicking "Update Session". Only available times and dates will display, and this will ensure your session turns to "booked".
- If your session status is "requested" and is less than 7 days away, you will need to cancel the session and book a new one. From the calendar view, click on the session you need to cancel and click “Cancel Session”. You can optionally type in a reason for your cancellation. Then, select a new date from any available on the calendar and schedule a time that works for you. After a few minutes your session status should change from requested to booked.
